Lake Francis Case

Just got back from a couple of days fishing lake francis case. Stayed
at allen's motel. Caught good eater walleyes & a few white bass with a mix
of smallies. Only kept the walleyes. Fun time!

Bite decent at Crow Creek and a little farther south during the week when letting water out. Google eyed jigs... I'm more than likely done with Francis Case until fall.... Will be hammering Lake Sharpe this weekend and onward... Walleye AND Smallies...

That’s why I don’t fish FC or Sharp much anymore. Rather fish Oahe. I know it is a lot more challenging, but I hate playing “bumper boats”. And, I think the SMB fishing on Oahe is about as good as it gets. Walleye have been challenging the last few years, but I’d still rather fish there.

Has anyone had any luck at Francis case I am headed there this weekend it's supposed to be hot so any info would be great unloading at whetstone

Been really slow. I am based out of Whetstone, last weekend 1 keeper. Another thread I believe in strictly fishing of bad reports.

Fished Chamberlin area Friday did well on crawlers.

Just returned from lower end of FC. 2-16” walleye in 2 days

Yes sir. That's what this weather and a few years of enormous pressure will do.

Fished around whetstone yesterday by myself caught all my keepers and 3 shorts and a 18.5" smallmouth crawlers and leeches 22 fow for me others guys were 18 to 10 fow, they were biting not fast and furious but they were there
