Default Ice 55 and Ice H7 ?

I'm currently running two flashers in my icehouse, a Ice 45 and 55.
They are close enough that they interfere with each other.

I'm wondering how a Ice Helix 7 will work?

Anybody?
HB was no help, they said maybe...

Not sure where to go for help and hate to buy a H7 and find out it doesn't work either.

I don’t run bird flashers, but I will tell you they are the worst interfering machines out there, imo. They seem to mess with everything and each other.

I run a vex 8, a marcum lx6, and a helix unit together with no issues. I’ve also ran two helix units together w no issues. Add a humminbird flasher close by and it usually messes w all of them.

I like the HB flashers and they work fine if I can get them a couple foot further apart, or use a different brand with one of them, I may try a H7 as someone said they work with a 55.

There are some adjustments you can make, but we still get the swirling interference this close to each other

All units experience interference if cone angles overlap one another, some makes have better IR than others. When holes are in close proximity of others, select a narrower cone (if feature is available) or keep the units in he furthest holes apart to keep the sonar cone(s) from overlapping, depth of water also comes into play, deeper becomes more difficult.

My son & I have been running an Ice 45 and Ice 55 within 4' of each other with no problems for several years. If there is any interference adjusting the IR on the 55 and not the 45 works much better.

First season with a G2 Ice 7 - it does have multiple IR settings. Worked very well for me eliminating interference fishing very close to a vex. Its a really great unit.
