Default Helix 9 Screen Darkness

I have a Gen 2 Helix 9 with side imaging. We set it up with two side imaging transducers but am having difficulty with the left side of my display screen. The ride side imaging screen shows up perfectly on the display but the left side is darker for some reason. I'm losing the last 1/3 of the left screen due to the darkness. I recently switched the left transducer angle to match the right transducer angle perfectly, but it didn't make any noticeable difference. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions how to fix?

(If you have already eliminated possible blockage of the left SI beam) ... :

Disconnect the Y cable and test the starboard SI xducer directly to head unit ... If all is well - then the issue is the Y cable or the port SI xducer ...

Then test the port xducer directly to the head unit ... If all is well - then the issue is the Y cable ... If the issue persists - suspect the port SI xducer ...
