Wrong! it is available up to 150hp now and there is a good chance they will make it for the V6. Since the concept is the same. The motor in the video is the new lightweight 3 cylinder 150hp

Very cool. Be interesting to see how well it works over the next couple years and how many other manufacturers copy it. I particularly like the ability to manually disengage it if there is an issue. Everything breaks eventually.

Comes from the factory that way so I'll bet it's new engines only. Are they even available or just announced?

Interesting. Not enough to buy a etec but what they have done is good for the etec guys.

It was my impression you would need to buy the motor also.

Seems well thought out. And yet we continue to wait for Yamaha to join the crowd,,,,,,

HRG

Would be interesting to see if they develop a 90HO version, to accommodate the 18' tiller-hull crowd. The 1.9 is a little heavy at 400#+ (for a 90), but manageable. Otherwise, the only market for the 115-150's are the 20'+ class hulls.

Evidrude's 90 HO is nothing more then a detuned 115.
