Default Sonar Expert Question

Trying to figure out what this is. I think its clouds of bait mixed in with small perch but I'm just not sure. We were perch fishing in Lake Michigan and had these big clouds move through on the sonar. Could it be bait? Jason Halfin, any thoughts?

Thanks.

PS.....turned the sensitivity all the way down to 5. Unit is a Humminbird 898.
