I have the sure lube axle.When I change the grease,I just cut the ends off a water bottle and slip that over the dust cap.Most of the grease pushed out goes into the bottle.When clean grease comes out of hub,I just pull hose/fitting off zerk,and lift off the bottle full of old grease.I save it for a guy I know,he uses it for home brew rust-proofing on his truck.
