Here is a round inexpensive rod holder that will slip over existing seat base pedestals:

Notice that this rod holder will also hold 10 rods with reels on them.

Default T bar rod holders

searching for T bar rod holder to frmove seat and plug into springfield pedestal for fishing the replace sead as need bee.

I have the Bert's rod holder from cabelas, it's not round but it does hold 8 rods. Works good and keeps the rods off the floor.

1 is the old Cabelas and the other one is the round model
