Default stock in full moon and time frame

I haven't figured out the formula as far as timing around, before, during, and after a full moon.. I was listening to a guy talk once about something like 45 minutes starting later each night or something to the effect start when the moon is at its highest, then into the night... just curious for advice for tonight since I'm on my way to the river.. Eastern Time Zone River, namely North Branch Susquehanna... you know mainly something to read when I backtrack to the car to warm up the hands and feet again..
pS I know it's a full moon Eve, but unfortunately I can't get out tomorrow
