That would be a lot easier to sell if it had been maxed out on horsepower. As it is, it looks underpowered to me.

8 pitch... probably my issue. Ive tried moving the motor up a few notches and no change. Probably have to install trim tabs?

You’re going to want to be able to see your electronics from wherever your standing. I wouldn’t go less than 12” screen if you do a bow mount.

And I gotta believe a 36v TM would give you the run time for a full days fishing too. Don’t skimp or you’ll always be wishing you’d gone all in.
