I found that thread on facebook just like you commented. I then shared it with my facebook fishing friends. I don't understand why they didn't clarify it on the IDNR website, other than it is the same agency that shut down all of the state parks to facilitate social distancing.

Thanks for spreading the good news. My municipal Police Department also said they have no concerns with fishing or seeing you going down the road towing your rig.

Two tackle/bait shops remain open. One maintains the 6-foot distance and the other offers curbside service.
