Default New release from motorguide?

New motor or just a new updated website?
Any rumors or guesses or did I completely miss it?

Them, Garmin and Lowrance for sure have something coming out in the trolling motor game. I think Minn Kota has something going as well.

Is it a remote made by someone other than the Chinese version of Fisher Price? My favorite Xi5 feature.....when the head spins around 3-4 times and snaps the cables!

Maybe a waterproof remote that lasts more than a year (Minn Kota), that would be a great upgrade!

You know that misery loves company...So it's not just Motorguide that has problems. I installed the latest software updates for my MinnKota Ulterra on Wednesday and went fishing last night (Thursday) and the motor worked flawlessly for the 1st hour or so then the remote kept telling me..."Motor Not Found". Thankfully it was stowed at that time but it also removed the software from the Humminbird and the Remote. Spent a couple of hours on the phone today with Humminbird and MinnKota. Finally got it reloaded and will try it tomorrow. I have to use a rubber band on the cable that charges the remote so it will stay in place. I can't believe someone would engineer something so stupid. I hope Garmin comes out with a motor and locator that actually works as advertised as I will be the first person in line to purchase one. No more HB and MinnKota Junk! Don't get me started on "Follow the Contour" that rarely works.

I think minn Kota sub contracted the remote and charger to Fisher Price! They are like a toy for sure.
