Default Spring Trip to Tn

In three weeks will take the annual spring trip to Center Hill and Dale Hollow Lakes Tn. The current water levels due to the spring rains are as follows:
Dale Hollow
Full Pool 651.00 Feet
Current 653.03 Feet
Should be decent in 3 weeks

Center Hill
Full Pool 648.00 Feet
Current 664.50 Feet
16 feet above full pool, going to be full of floating junk. Not sure the lake will be down to full pool in 3 weeks. Sister went down to the Cookeville Boat Dock yesterday and took pictures. Cannot even think about launching a boat yet. Center Hill may be a NO GO this spring.
Fingers Crossed!

Best of luck to you and enjoy the trip no mater how good or bad the fishing is.

You can look up levels (and the next day predicted flows are available after 5 pm) on TVA website for both Center Hill and Dale Hollow(although neither are TVA dams): https://www.tva.com/environment/lake-levels

Also TVA has a good app called TVA Lake Info.

3 weeks is a lot of time, IMO it will be back to full pool before then.

My old lady and I hit Dollywood pretty hard. We love the buffets but I’m not sure we will be going back if there are no buffets. They also have pretty good drink specials
