Default What Finance Rates are you finding?

I'm looking to purchase my first real boat, a 2014 Ranger Reata 1850 LS. My only other boating experience is a 14' johnboat I use for duck hunting. I've been calling around to local lenders, and have actually found the best rate from my bank. I know what rates are around here, but am curious as to what others are finding throughout the midwest/country.

5% local bank on 4 yrs....this past spring

Credit unions typically have the best rates I have heard as low as 2 %

CKM, the rate was same for 10,15 or 20 years. So there was no reason to go for a shorter term. We will just pay it off early

Try the local credit unions. I was going to pay cash, but got a 5 year 2.7% loan. ( I work at a bank and you can't get those rates at banks).

Anyone have any update on loan rates? Also does a new boat only qualify if it straight from the dealer? Thanks

We are seeing some new boat rates at the 5% area and a few below. That means good credit, good down payment and nice clean history. We do have options for all ranges of buyers.
Let us know if we can help.
Thank you,
