My 2014 does not have plugs. they told me if they are not leaking in the back, just keep running em...dont know bout the 19..but supposedly its the same. I run with a spare hub on long trips. The head of trailer engineering at Ranger told me the hub fits both trailers. it doesn have any oil drain/fill plug.
