185 competitor tiller wiring
Getting my Ethernet cable this week to connect front and back graphs what's the best route to get cable up front. Hoping I don't have to pull anything up any help thanks

Abster,
Investigate your bow light wiring. If it is visible, just use the same path. If the wiring is invisible, and it is able to be moved, Disconnect your light wiring and tie on a nice pull rope or tape and pull the wiring back to the stern, pulling the pull rope or pull tape back with it. Then, tie on the wiring the ethernet cable and the pull rope and pull it back up to the front of the boat. Leave a couple of feet of pull rope at the bow and the stern, so that if you have to repeat the pull, you will have a pull rope in place to complete the task. Take care |

abster,
easiest route is up the Starboard side where you can access the wiring harness all the way up through the compartments. You will need plenty of cable to get from the electronics console, across the back, then up the starboard to the bow if you go this route. Good luck. |
