I'm getting 42 mph at WOT. 4 blade prop helped it a lot. I don't know what it weighs, sorry. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out. My truck hardly knows its there, I frequently launch and load it alone, the shorelander bunk trailer works well with this boat. The Terrova has worked real good, as has the kicker. Early on, I had an electrical problem with the 115 4S but it ran great all summer. Had my last Lund 17 years, I figure this boat may outlast me, lol.

Never been in the 17 series of either boat but have been in the 18s and the 16s. The 1850 FH seems to be a little heavier but really doesn't ride as well. It does sit lower and I think probably doesn't blow around quite as much. Never liked the consoles on the FHs. I think the FH might be a little better if you fish more bass or musky. Price should be reasonably close...I don't understand why you are seeing so much difference.

Well the fish hawk is under 30 and the impact is over 30.. not sure why such a difference but i alway seem to like the apperance of the fish hawk but the layout of the impact. Dont like the console of the impact with the big plastic console showing between the windsheild and the boat.. looks kind of funny to me..

Thanks. Without kicker was over 39k. I had lots of options and pretty high end electronics. Love the kicker. Will likely never have another boat without one. If you troll you need a kicker...end of story. I learned that lesson by killing batteries.
You would not even notice the console sticking up after a while. Many boats look very similar. It gets that windshield up in the air further. IMHO the new Impact console is a REALLY cool looking piece. Way better than the 2012-2013 now easier to fit 10" units.

Just your opinion, (post 666) on just about everything.
Both have 25" transoms, C-liner has thicker bottom.
How do you know that faster more efficient and dryer?
Fishing layout and what is the dead rise?
Sounds like you own a Lund.

Default Your choice

I picked Lund, my buddy picked the 1850 Crestliner.
Unless you previously owned something better, you will be happy with your pick. I like that the lund is stable and comfortable enough to be able to fish with my Dad. I haven't been on the 1750, but I am sure it is a good unit.
His personal best northern, caught on a lake he fished for 8 decades.

Default 1750/1850 fish hawk

Hi, I have owned 5 fish hawks over the years. Everyone was a great boat-they can handle the rough stuff and catch just as many fish! I would average 250 hours on motor per season-so you can imagine the fishing time logged. I did make the mistake of opting for a 20 inch transom one year. I like the impacts,(been in a few),a little more solid and smoother feeling than fish-hawk in chop. I ride Lund Pro-v now. Thanks
