Default Yamaha f150 prop selection??

What's is every one running for props on their Yamaha f150's? It's on a 1900 Lund pro v tiller. I'm finding a lot of the merc props have a lot of "chatter" some to the point where my motor sounds like its lugging at idol, a few rpm increase and the noise/lugging disappears. Only have tired merc props so far as to that's what is most accessible to me. Wondering what everyone else is running on their yammy's.

Yamaha has the SDS props that fix that chatter problem. I assume they will work on a 150. I have one on my 200. I would try a 17 pitch. Thats what i ran when i had a 115 on a MR. Pike 17.

I have a Yamaha Reliance SDS 18 pitch on my 200. The SDS hub does not chatter at all. I have a non SDS as a spare and it chatters bad.

Just picked up 2016 150 SHO on a 2016 Alumacraft Trophy 185. Dealer put on a Yamaha Reliance Series SS 18 M 14 1/4 prop on it. It jumps out on plan really fast, although top end is only 41.2 at 5500 rpm's. I am in the Market for a spare, so also interested in this Thread.

Big willies, what hub are you running? I have a 18 pitch powertech 4 blade. I tried a flo torq 2 and it chattered bad. Got a rubex hunting from propman, improved but still chatters. Boat was rigged with a reliance sds 19 pitch. Super smooth but the powertech performs much better. I would like to try a 17 or 18 with sds.

Mine is the 3 blade powertech. I honestly don't remember what hub it has. Got the prop from propman also.

Thanks for the feedback. I have tired a 18enertia(only prop I'd consider right now) but it chatters as well. Tried a 17p rev 4, motor did not like that prop at all. 0-6 on the prop tries right now have a handful more comming to me this weekend. I don't really have access to redily a avalible yammy props as the place I'm demoing from has mostly merc props.
