I like the fact that a community can submit logs for all to use but I would not want to know who submitted them.
No the amount of logs submitted make this impractical, remember Navionics is getting logs from all over the world. They do review logs before submitted to the mapping layer for the community.

Where do we find this NOS 56 update and does this update work on a Gen 2 NON Touch or are there different updates for each style of unit?

When you say nothing change, so look at you're new datas you need to activate the button: sonarchart or FishNchip on you're unit, if the status of you're submit logs says: process

To save you're battery on you're tablet put in on airplane mode and I also plug min on a charger from the 12 volts cigarette lighter plug in the dash.
Doesn't airplane turn off the GPS and cellular searching on a tablet? How can you make maps with out the GPS on?

Well, after re-reading the info it looks like my Gen 2 NON Touch isn't going to work for this. Is that correct?
