Good looking boat. You’re gonna love those metal fenders on your Heritage trailer. With my Heritage, my AlumaCraft has always loaded perfect.

Couldn’t tell from the pics but it doesn’t look like you got the fold down casting platform extension in the rear. Depending on what type of fishing you do, you might miss that.

ENJOY...

Good looking boat. I'm sure that the wait was worth it. Looks like it'll handle about anything. Good luck & good fishing.

I really like the Heritage trailer as well. I think the dealer told me the vault hubs should be good for 8 years as long as there are no obvious seal leaks on the inside. However, they did put the cheapest tongue jack with wheel on it. I will be replacing it with an 8 inch wheel so I can move around in the garage better than this one. I welcome any suggestions for those who like their upgraded tongue jack. Thanks

Cover Dog, the rear seats fold down into a nice wide casting platform. The splash well is even condensed to be within the main outboard only. Each rear side corner has a snap in pad for kneeling down to net a fish or get in or out of the boat when swimming I usually let my fishing partner have the bow, so I now have lots more room to hurl pike and musky baits on the back end.

Great looking boat. I hope you get a ton of enjoyment!

I'm curious, are the loading guides on the trailer from the factory? It looks like they go through the diamond plate? How are they affixed?

Timmer,

I am not at home right now to confirm, but it looks like Heritage trailers fastened the guide on base to the trailer using U bolts. It is a very sturdy piece of metal and the guide-on padded covers are slipped over a round vertical piece and they "roll" as the boat makes contact with them. Looks like a good design to me. I can attach photos later if you would like.

Yes, factory installed. On my Heritage, I have the same guides and there is a bracket welded to the inside of the frame to which the square tubing of the guide is held in place with two U bolts. The guide tubing sits on the frame going outward but then there is a slight upward angle to clear the diamond plate.

You can see the bracket on the inside of the frame in his picture that shows the rear of the boat.
