Also new software updates are available for HDS Carbon and HDS Gen3 and SonarHub and StructureScan 3D.

The new Lowrance website makes it easier to locate the correct and current updates. Go to the Help & Support page choose the "Software Updates" panel which opens the Downloads page and then Select your product series from a drop down menu.

You choose your particular series of product. No more looking thru a list of software updates of all the products.

Fast ? I downloaded the file, then extracted it and saved it to a mini SD card. Next step would be to plug it into the unit right? I have a 7 and a 9TI. Do each one separately?

Obviously I saw your post here on WC, but had I not, how is Lowrance getting this information out to owners of their Elite Ti owners? I wouldn't have known otherwise, and I just bought a new Elite 7Ti in October this year.

Yes, with unit off-insert the card and power on wait until you get the message: Rebooting
Do one at a time and to play safe, save waypoints and settings before doing the update.

Has anyone had a problem with their TM controls after the update?
