Rod Holder Mount for Lund Tyee Sport Trak

I want to mount 2 metal cannon rod holders, 1 on each side, for dipsey trolling (has to be strong). I also want to be able to quickly remove them and have a "clean" gunnel.

Don't want to drill holes in the gunnel either.

Can anybody recommend a product?
