Update:

It was a blown belt - tough to tell until I pulled it off. It’s a 2018 trailer. Came with kinetica brand tires. Guy said they’re really car tires as opposed trailer tires. Said it was a defect. My dealer said they’d reimburse-props to Dixie Marine. Was only $100 bucks to replace with a 65k goodyear.

No weights on these wheels. Not sure how you balance them.

Its called road force balance. Beads inside the tire, I believe.

Default Tire

Most cause for trailer's vibration is tire. Maybe try checking if it is balanced.

I had the same issue in the past and found out that the tires needed to be balanced. The stick on weights on the inside of the rims had fallen off.
