Default Lund Alaskan 1800

I would like to mount a seat base on the Left rear side of my Alaskan 1800 tiller opposite the drivers seat on the Right rear side. Is it safe to drill a hole in that location without hitting anything underneath ?

Looks like there may be livewell plumbing under there. Call Lund to confirm.
