Impressive rig all around. The reason between the 300 and the 400 verado, because he can. The same reason a dog licks himself.

There are not a lot of guys in the walleye world who seek out top performing rigs, but a there are a few. Go into the snowmobile world, motorcycle, cars or truck and there are a lot of motor heads. Good for him I figure, and why not.

Not that this will help you now... but I use Chemical Guys wipe down after being out in the boat and takes my water spots right off the motor & boat.

Awesome boat congrats!

Verado Eyes, Awesome rig man.....

Excellent color choice on them ponies, if I was building a boat that's what I would do also.

I was actually going to start a thread this spring asking what mfg would hang a 400 off of it, as I really want one.
I really like the Tyee GL, but seeing that they are at 300 on the max, i'd think it would be stretch to hang a 400.

When you get it all dialed in, please update!

Yup White is way better than darker colors for everything, motors and hulls specifically.
Another good after a day on the water wipe down is " Just Ducky".

Great setup by the way, am way jealous!! :driver:

[QUOTE=Bobby Winds;4844721]Sorry I don't meet your expectations or believe what you believe in....I have always said what I believe in and let the chips fall where the may be.....this is after all a forum where everyone has the right to express their opinion........

Bob, we that like to go fast to the fish, don't usually troll around on posts and make comments to the guys that go slower to the fish, would appreciate the same.
It's a motorhead thing ya know, I like to fish AND go fast, as do others, no need to make issues, yeah, you touched a hot spot!!

My point was 300 hp is a lot and 400 hp is a waste of money (better spent elsewhere to CATCH fish). You might change your mind when you're older.

We are in the market for a large travel trailer to snowbird in Florida and no V-6 would do that.
