Tempting to try one, but I doubt Ranger will have these in their lineup soon enough for my boat. That and I always prefer to let a new product run for a year or so before I dive in.

It's an exciting time in the outboard world for sure. Interesting as it seems to be following the Evinrude G2 in a 4 stroke. Radical new physical design, V6-3.4L engine, the new "It’s easy to personalize your Mercury FourStroke engine. Choose from four base colors and four easy-to-apply accent panel colors, or a “ready to paint” customizable panel. Pick a color to complement your boat and show off your individual style." just like Evinrude. Nice to see the bar keep being pushed higher.
