I will be picking up at least a 1/2 dozen 50 lb bags of -50F snow melt.

As bodies age, accidents become more severe, and healing takes longer or it never happens at all.

So, any thing that can be done to mitigate accidents - works for my family and myself.

Best wishes.
Maybe you could just buy a 20 yard dump truck and have it filled with road salt and attach a spreader to the back of it. You could Park right next to your house and install a remote start. Then on those snowy days when you wake up all you would have to do is from the warm comfort of your house start the truck and let it idle for about one hour to ensure that it would be very warm and then carefully make your way to the truck and spread salt up at down your driveway. This will also reduce the amount of trips you would have to make to buy 50 pound bags of salt from the store.

Tight lines

The ice and snow in the upper Midwest is one of the main reasons we moved South.
