Default Lac Seul

My wife and I want to fish the Lac Seul area next summer for walleye. Looking for a nice place to stay with our own boat and any other advice. Thanks

Great camp with great fishing. They will meet you at the launch take all your gear and you follow them to the camp.

Lost Island Lodge out of Hudson was my all time favorite Canada experience

Try Moosehorn Lodge, very impressive camp, great owners and best group of guide's in Ontario. I'm been fishing Ontario for 42 years, this is my favorite spot to stay.

We have stayed at Fisherman's Cove and Onoway Lodge and can recommend both. The only problems we have had were at Onoway Lodge. The kitchen sink would not drain and despite numerous calls, nothing was done. Also, they had a 6:00 a.m. checkout time and were not very flexible about it.

However, both have decent boats and accommodations.

Have stayed at Onaway multiple times and Blair and Kathy are great. Would highly recommend Onaway. Their resort is top notch and they have one of the best dock complexes I have seen. We have never experienced any problems so I can’t refute the above info given by Ackvil. Their check-out is 0700 as clearly stated on their website and not 0600. Just FYI. Best wishes on your search. Lac Seul is a great fishery

Any budget resorts on lac Seul.

Not too worried about the price per se. But I wake up and go fishing coming home when it starts to get dark. I would miss every meal and don't like having to go somewhere for shore lunch. I like to explore and find stuff myself, do not want a guide on any level.

Just need electric in the cabin(c-pap machine).

Call Ken or Brenda at https://www.lacseuloutposts.com/

They will accommodate. Great location because everything flows through the narrows and plenty of access to in all directions. You can cook your own food. They will also shop for you and have what ever you want ahead of time waiting or bring what you like or a combination of both.

We have gone twice to Timberlane Lodge with our own boat. Awesome. Great location on the river, but with easy access to Lac Seul and great fishing.
