Default Tent fan/light

What are you all using for a ice shack (HUB) fan and or light to move the air around ??

Would like a rechargeable version as the one I bought from Clam went through batteries like crazy before it quit running.

TIA

Al

I dont use it in my portable but have one rigged up for rental houses in Lake of the Woods. I took a computer fan and put a DC motor speed controller on it. Run it at half speed and lasts about 8 hours on a flasher battery.

This is pretty good sized fan and moves air well in a large house. In a portable you could down size the fan a bit. Here is one similar to what I use. https://www.amazon.com/Onyehn-Voltag...l%2C171&sr=1-3

I also use a large led light up computer fan from the clearance bin at PC store just clip to top of hub poles and run wire down to battery box it will run a whole day no problem on flasher battery i use a pair of 6 volts in series for roof fan and tap off 1 of them for big buddy heater fan

Are you guys using something like a 120mm fan?

Also do you think one would be enough in hub with about 90 sq ft of floor?

Also found this, might be nice to add?

If you want to make it on your own that is great. But it is the same thing I posted in my original post.

You want something that regulates the current flow to control the speed of the fan. That way it always has 12V but draws less current and spins slower.

Good luck.

Got side tracked and missed the web page you posted, for that price I'd buy that instead, thanks.

Default Pwm

Here is a better one. The original one I posted ended up breaking leads on in the last trip I did so went looking for something with a bit more protection. Found this one. Bonus is 2 pack so have spares.
