Motor stalling

My 2002 merc 115 4 stroke efi has been stalling occasionally on me when I try slowing down. When this happens it takes 5 or 10 minutes before it will start up again. So far changed the thermostat, fuel filters , water pump , fuel line and ball , had fuel injectors cleaned as best as they could at the shop . This isn’t happening at idle but at 3500 rpm. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be. Thanks in advance

Install a micron fuel separator and replace the injectors and see how it goes.
