Issues with Editing Ad

Been trying to contact someone on site but emails keep getting rejected as they are not active or some other issue. Can someone on the site please contact me?

What kind of issues are you having offsides17?


When you say you cannot edit an ad....is it still an active ad or expired?


Can you login to the ad OK?

I can logon and it doesn’t expire until 4/13/21, however I incorrectly selected SOLD and now need it editable so I can edit it and have it posted again as the sale did not take place.

The ad # is 226336, thank you!

Hmmm....marking it SOLD....literally makes it uneditable.....because once it's sold.....you cannot un-sell it.



This is over my pay grade, I don't have access to the database to change the status so I will have to bump this upstairs.

So after some attempts to get this working, the only method I can suggest is we re-list it, which I can do now and have it run for the 2 weeks that you missed out by accidentally marking it as sold. Sounds good?
