Salorville res. Fishing report.

Looking for a current fishing report for salorvill res. in central iowa. I have read the dnr info . Looking for some thing a litte more informitive?. Thanks , "COMA"

Hey Coma.....You might go deeper into the COMA fishing for walleyes right on Saylorville. It has been really slow for the last week. I took 4 nice eyes about a week ago. I have fished it several times since, but no luck.. I was using live bait rigs, but most guys troll with crank baits. Try either one on Cheery Glen Beach or Sandpiper areas. You will get a lot of white bass action none the less.

Warrior has it right. I was catching some pretty good 'eyes about week ago using chrome Hot-n-Tots in the Sandpiper/Marina point area. Since then they have slowed some. If you troll concentrate in the the 6 to 10 foot depth and keep your lure tricking bottom. Agree on the white bass action, you'll pick them up regularly.
