But Eyeboom try a CF6 shallow Wally Diver. It is a wally diver with a fastrac lip. The CF606 is the blue and silver version and it will cast further than the Fastrac Shad. I loaded up on them before they were discontinued.
Are the old wally divers worth anything ?

I own enough lures for at least 5 lifetimes and some are worth big $ but you can easily do a search of any lure for recent selling prices.

I am presently reducing my collection as directed at a meeting of Crankbaits Anonymous and my 3 options are:
1. Give lures to my kids and grandkids that have caught the fishing bug.
2. Give lures to young kids that you see who have discovered a love for fishing.
3. Sell lures

I hope to never get to option 3.

Prices for many old lures seem to have gone down to some degree. The aura of old bait collecting perhaps has taken somewhat of a "deep dive" as the sentimentality sensed by looking at an old favorite has diminished as the viewers have passed away. Value, like beauty, or fairness, is in the eye of the beholder.

The best spinnerbait ever! It’s too bad that they stopped making them because it’s a great pike lure. Unfortunately, they don’t make the Tiny-T version anymore either.

I wish they still made the Mepps Walleye Killer. A weight forward spinner I still use on Lake Erie when casting. I will shed a tear if I lose it.

I'd disagree with that to an extent ... wooden lures near mint condition/boxed are selling for top dollar... Anything Heddon or CCB in wood and glass eyes is highly desirable.

There are also dozens of individuals whose lures are presently worth big $$ like Jake Satonica PA, Bud Stewart MI, Peter Haupt WI, Bill Wolfgang OH, and Ed Latiano PA to name a few. Who knew that old duck decoys thrown in your truck bed would be worth such crazy money today?

For all of those looking for Uncle Josh pork products, I just read an article about "new" fishing lures. It was mentioned that Uncle Josh was coming back out with line of pork products for fishing !
