Helix low voltage
I get a prompt that I have low voltage. If I touch any button the prompt goes away. I haven't dug into anything to check the actual voltage at this point.

A momentary drop in voltage will do that. Anything turning on intermittently when it happens? Bilge or live well pump would be my first guesses as I imagine you would have figured it out if it was when you started the engine. Loose connection could drop voltage and restore it, too. Was it choppy and things bouncing around a bit?

I have the same thing happen. Ignore it. Its an anomaly that occurs, then disappears.

It's a new to me boat. My concern stems with being able to start the Verado. If I do have a voltage problem I would like to know. I have (2) Helix 10 on the console and both do it. It's new electronics on a 2014 hull.

Do you run just one battery? I get that message but have my accessories hooked up to an extra battery on an isolator switch. I kind of freaked when I got the message, Dealer checked everything and found nothing, other guys on here have the same thing. I just turned off the sound.

I have 2 batteries. One is for the motor, i don't know what the other is running. I have the Mercury Big Tiller handle and the 2 Helix units. I suppose I will need to find out what is wired to what.

Inadequate gauge wiring, should be run direct to battery (fuse @ battery) - I use #10 on any installs I do for others and recommend no less than #12 soldered and heat shrink the connections - I've done a few installs in the past 25+ years...
I've got much heavier in my own rig running; I'm 2-12" + 2-10" units and not a single issue with a single DC29.

Me too
I have the same thing happen to me on my boat. Only on my dash unit. I ignore it.
I do have to say that I am less than happy with the Helix 10 MEGA's. Lots of little glitches like this for me. Like, if its cloudy, it will say it loses the GPS connection. My side imaging is terrible. Sometimes it wont launch my 360 etc...

Updates coming soon. The G1 and 7" G2 have released, the rest to follow I am told. There seems to be something about a GPS fix lost message in the list for these. https://www.humminbird.com/support/s...PS-G2N-v-1-830
