Default knots for joining lines

Hello Everyone!
I'm new to the forum and just started fishing for walleye. I do apologize if this has been covered in the past but I cannot find anything on this topic. I'm wondering how people join braided line to mono/fluorocarbon? Do they use a knot (what type ) or tie a swivel. I'm mostly jig fishing. Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks

Uni to uni has a good knot for me. Something that my stubby fingers can tie.

Uni to uni. If you buy power pro braid they have a little book im the box that shows you a bunch of knots.

As everyone else brought up, a Uni-Uni is the standard.

You'll laugh at me, but learn to use your tounge, lips and teeth as a third hand when tying one (including a single uni to a lure). With practice, you can tie a knot as fast as most guys can switch with a snap swivel.

I like the Albright knot. To me it is less complicated than the uni uni!
