When I don't have my electric knife (AC & DC) I use Cutco's "Fisherman’s Solution" with an adjust blade.
And they have free sharpening and are guaranteed forever. Made in the USA. Forever Guarantee & Sharpening But I have used all kinds of knives over the years, including my hunting knife, and they all work.
