Default Troubleshooting a few issues with my new vehicle

Happy New Year all !

A couple days ago I bought a used 2020 Ford Explorer Sport ST 4WD (9800 miles). I'm not the most tech savvy but these issues actually seem pretty straightforward but they aren't quite working. The dealer is 1 1/2 hours away and it's NOT a Ford Dealer. They are a (reputable) used vehicle outfit and it's not their responsibility to hold my hand to do this so please no comments on that.

I'm having trouble getting my contacts to upload to the vehicle. It tries to do it but then says that I may need to have my phone allow it to happen (so what is that?).

I'm also having trouble getting it to pair with my wife's side garage door to the vehicle button/opener. It worked for my side but her side it didn't. It 'appears' to have worked (by the rapidly flashing light) but it doesn't work. When I try to do it again it still flashes rapidly Essentially the vehicle thinks it's working but the door doesn't respond. I need to know how to get it to 'start over' and try again.

I also don't see how to pick my 'favorite' stations for Sirius XM and save them so I can just choose from my fairly short list of the ones I like.

I'd also like to find exactly what packages my vehicle has. Is there a website I can input my VIN and have it tell me all I need to know about it (ie, how big is the gas tank etc).

Does Ford have a phone number I can call? Any other suggestions? If someone is highly proficient at any of this, PLEASE private message me.

PS, this vehicle replaces my 2014 Explorer Sport. That was a great vehicle. I think I'll like this one even more. WOW.

THANKS all. Have a Great New Year.

Default New car concerns

Garage Door Opener: Look in owner's manual for 800 number for garage opener concersn. NOT a Ford number. If you are in the vehicle with your phone, they will walk you right thru the process to reset and get your wife's vehicle to work. I cant remember the name of the co. off hand, their customer service for this type of concern is fantastic.
Good luck on the others. Most of those questions have answers in the owner's manual, if your seller did not give you one, absolutely get one from them.
