Default Call Sirius

Call Sirius and explain what happened. I had a radio stolen and told them I wanted to cancel my service because I didn't want to spend a couple hundred on a new radio and they sent me one for a penny. BTW my "free" subsription expired and they turned off my radio. Then they kept calling and writing for me to renew. I finally called them and told them for $150 a year I wasn't interested and go ahead and cancel my wife's subscription too. The sent me to a retention specialist who offered an $89 per year rate for each radio. I happily subscribed and noted that they will automatically renew and bill your credit card at the prevailing rate when your subscription expires. I put a note in calendar to contact them 3 weeks before my subscriptions end so I can see if they have another "special". I sure wish I would have bought the lifetime subscription when they still offered it.

FC- I have 'starmate' units in all my vehicles (+wife's). No issues yet-
Maybe a retention specialist (even though you have a lifetime subscription) would help you with special pricing. Hurry up! Howard's back on after a 2 week vacation...
