Let me be more specific. I am here until the phone stops ringing. My guess is about 3:00 I will be gone. Also, by posting my cell number as I do, we are never really unavailable. I answer calls until I go to bed and all weekend. Often times buyers and sellers are together on the weekend so being available helps.
