Default O'Sullivan Lake Lodge how is it now?

Hello, I am looking for some current info on O'Sullivan Lake Lodge Quebec. I was there 28+ years ago and I am considering going back for some nostalgia with my sons, as this was the trip that hooked me on Canadian fishing! . Looking for information on the Maniwaki road; how rough is it now and also, how is the road into camp? Is the camp well run?, I believe it changed ownership since I was there. In addition any information you feel like share that might sway my decision (fishing quality, boat condition, cabin condition, camp workers).
Thank You
JB

I have never been there, but remember reading on WC about the lake, seems like it was exceptionally good fishing, but getting to it was somewhat of an undertaking.

Bill , Thank you for the reply. It was a spine jarring ride 28 years ago and I heard that section of road isn't maintained any longer.

Nathan Kurtz posted quite a few videos of his trips there. Might be worth a look.

Nathan has some great videos/pictures of his adventures on O'Sullivan Lake, but his are of the lake in Ontario (which I have been to a number of times, also a very good walleye lake). The O'S in this post has to do with the one in Quebec.

Near Farley island is where the pounding takes place on O’Sullivan.

First time heading to O'Sullivans Rainbow, Ontario and can't wait. Taking a group of 8 for last weekend in May Help with spots appreciated. Yes I've studied Nathan's videos. Amazing.

Apologize for highjacking the thread.
