Default Drotto auto boat launch system?

Does anyone have the Drotto automatic boat latch system and if so how do you like it? Does it cause any damage to the boat with the pads that they use?

There are quite a few people on here who have the Drotto, me included. I have an aluminum deep V boat, and zero damage from the Drotto.

I will get a small amount of plastic residue on my boat that wipes off from the plastic glides on the Drotto, but no paint damage.

I have a bunk trailer, and fish alone or with people that can't help load/unload. The Drotto is awesome! Everyone has their own opinion though, and I respect that.

Have had a Drotto on my last Ranger and my new Ranger.. No issues with scratches of any sort. Once you sort out that you adjust your loading just slightly itís product that is worth the cost.

Ditto, what a great product. Nothing better than your buddy backing in on a busy ramp and you nosing the boat up until you hear the click and drive out in about 15 seconds while everyone looks on with their mouths hanging open.

I installed one on my Alumacraft Comp 175 this spring and nothing but big grins from this guy when it "clicks". It's a must for guys who fish solo most of the time. I highly recommend.

I’m another satisfied Drotto owner, it’s simple to install and adjust to your boat. If you haven’t done so, take a look at their installation video.

I have one no damage. The damage iíve seen usually has been a result of trailer to deep.

I have used mine for 4 years and wouldn't be without it.When you hear the click, you know your boat bow is secured.

you likely will have to adjust your wench stand. If you cant, it will push the transom back and there could be a support issue.

Im the one guy on here who wasnt crazy about it for down here where I live and my ramp conditions. I do take it with me up north and use it there. There are all kinds of threads here about it.

EZ steps upfront are the kittens mittens...and reduce a need for it atleast if you are out of the wind. I have a bunk trailer, sometimes I wonder of they are better for roller trailers...

lotta people like them though. drotto guys are good guys also.
