Default Walleye get together 2019

Ya, a bit early, but thinking about trying to get more people to show up and a lake better suited for those who couldn't make Cass.

So, open for thoughts on time, location, resorts, etc?

A lot of folks head South etc in October if you back it up to mid September I could attend but October with Docks coming, out winterizing Boats ,etc is just to busy for me , I can travel most anywhere but my preference would be Lake of the Woods either side . Devils lake would be my second choice

Hard to predict weather, but general consensus was to have it earlier in the year.

Hope ya can make it.

Past events have been mid to end of September. We decided to try a little later this year to see how the bite was. Unfortunately we got hit by a cold front or two moving through and the bite wasn't so hot. The two weekends following Labor Day would probably be decent.

How do we get this made into a "sticky" and get the 2018 Get Together thread "un-stickied"?

Not sure where most folks live that attend, but perhaps a location that is more centralized.

The problem is we're so spread out it's hard to have a site that works for everybody.
But I'd think most would have no problem with moving the GTG around.

But people need to speak up, if you have a suggestion, please do.

Might not hurt to suggest what you'd like to see in lodgings also.

Instead of one get together and those not willing to drive extra long distance, what about a state get together.
Vary the dates. Mid September ish. Ok just a thought.
