What stretch do you fish the Mighty Mo?

I'm out of Bismarck, and when fishing the river I use 3 baits:

1) Rapala Original Minnows #11 and #13 (fishing 7 feet or less)
2) Rapala Shad Raps or Berkley Flicker Shads
3) Berkley Flicker Minnows

I typically only fish the river in the spring/early summer, so I'm not fishing too deep. When I hit Oahe, and I'm going deeper, I will start mixing up bigger/deeper diving baits along the river channel.

Tight Lines
Good to get some local advice, I am not far south of you. I am almost always on oahe and typically going out of Mobridge area.

The Troll Master app allows you to pair any crankbait in the app (we currently have over 40) with any line (braid, leadcore, and mono)

That sounds pretty impressive. That accounts for speed, number of colors,(feet per color 5 or 7) length of leader and the depth the lure will add to the total rig? Bob

Yes sir. You put in the rig, and it tells you how much line to let out to reach your target depth.

We pull lead core on Francis Case and while many different crankbaits will work, day after day pearl white flicker shads are pretty hard to beat. Racy shad and uncle rico are also good colors, really anything with a darker top and white belly work. Rapalas, salmos, bandits also work but I use more flicker shads than any other. They are usually in tune, catch fish and can be found on sale for $7.99 for 3 like I did this weekend.
