Default AD complaint

I've tried for the last week to post an ad and it keeps getting rejected. No phone number to call and talk to a Human as to what the problem is. Will not use anymore.

It seems to be happening a lot lately. I didn't have any issues last week.

Make sure your CC will let you make international charges, and doesn't have any restrictions like that on it. That's the only thing I can think of.

I'll alert your post so an admin sees it. Moderators can do nothing to help.

I sent an email to management yesterday about this issue but I have not heard back yet.


It's weird.....there are more people having issues but there are still ads going online everyday....doesn't make sense.

Just to check....I just tried to edit my ad and add more pictures and extend the expiration date and then hit submit.

It too was rejected. So, I know it's not on the CC end, because it's never rejected me before. It's on VS's end.

They need to start communicating with us, or fix it so people can post their boats for sale without any issues.

This has happened to too many people in the past couple of weeks now.

Yea, something happened....probably something innocent like a patch for the operating system.....but it messed it up.


I have reached out to them....and I will pursue it


But....thanks for letting me know because the more validated information I can give them....helps

Finally heard back from the owners of the site.


Right now they are having issues with updates and configurations with Authorize.net


They are working on it but PayPal is the only thing that is working.


With everything that is and has been happening lately they are running behind but it is being worked on.


It's been a very busy and strange couple of months, but we have not forgotten.

Tried to submit an ad this afternoon and it didn't cycle through to the point of getting my cc info.

Filled out the initial page with a photo, and then the page locked.

Couldn't bring up any Admin info to call or text for help.

Appreciate any assistance.

Per my post above yours.....they are having problems and right now the only thing that is working is PayPal.

Credit cards are not working right now.

I did hear from someone today so I'm hoping they can get it fixed.

But, for now.....it's PayPal only from what I am told
