Default Green Bay report week ending 7/6

I had trips every day through the July 4th week, and fishing for walleyes was excellent. Crankbaits in the rocks and mud, crawler harnesses in the mud, or jigging with shiver minnows all worked, with lots of 16-19" eaters and plenty of 20" plus fish released. My best advice, for those seeking fish is to play the wind. When the NE wind came in this weekend the lower bay got dirty by late in the day and the bite faded. Good luck and take a kid fishing.
