Password Query

A friend had a password problem, got a temporary new one, but somehow wasn't able to go forward. Now he can't get back, due to time problem. I am requesting help for him, as he isn't able to.

Bill I had the same problem a few months back. I went through Juls as well. When all the dust settled the snag was my search engine. I was on Duck Duck Go and for some reason the servers at WC and my search engine could not commutate. I finally switched back to Google and got all set back up with new password right away. Back on Duck Duck Go and all still working well. No computer geek here but back on and happy.
