Default Level tongue or level trailer frame?

Just setting up a new EZ-Loader single axel trailer. The tongue level is different than the frame level. Which should I level. Thank you.

The axle alignment is dependent on the frame, I would level the frame.

The frame, although with a single axle trailer being level isn't as important as it is with a tandem.

Could you post a picture of the complete trailer ?
I have never seen a single axle trailer with a tongue that was not straight in line with the main frame.

prob trailer frame...you could weight the tongue weight at different heights to dial it in......put tongue on jack on a scale and start cranking up and down...find the right weight. 10-15% of overall weight..... set it..ill bet its where the trailer frame is level.....

On a single axle trailer, the tongue weight will be the same at 1'' or 24" from the ground.

You would need to move the boat position on the trailer to see a difference in tongue weight.

I am curious about that point as well.

Let's see a picture.
