Default 19p Revolution Question -- Propman

I found a used 19p revolution I want to try out. Do you think based on the pictures below this is a good prop still? It is about 2-3 years old and shows only some slight rust.

If so what would a good price be?

It has been polished, and/or repaired//modified at some point.

I was told no polish or repair work has ever been done to it. If you see that can you point it out for me?

It was used in saltwater, so that might explain more of the slight rust stain.

It looks to me like the logo on the prop has been polished over. It could just be from the salt water use though.

Looks like it in decent shape the tip cupping looks to be worn down some. From the pics it looks like they maybe to a scotch brite to the finish, I wouldn't worry about the rust that would clean up pretty easy, as far as is it being a good prop, it looks decent but buyer beware if its a ebay prop. Best would see if its local to see if you can give it a try.

Well, it isn't an ebay prop, but it also isn't local. So not sure if I should try it or not.
