I will be the first one to say that many issues could be avoided with common sense shown by both sides.

But the legal atmosphere combined with a critical lack of common sense has forced employers to take what some consider to be drastic measures/overreactions when receiving complaints. Just remember that if you are accused of doing something you should never assume that the HR department will be on your side or even objective. HR's job is to protect the company.

And that wise man you quoted? He would never last as an HR manager.
Your correct he was not an HR manager..........he was a lawyer, circuit Judge, and my grandfather.

Howdy,

Clearly, afluent white men are the real victims in our society. Sadly, its been that way for years. I look forward to the days when we can finally go back to embracing this narrative as its far more comfortable and reassuring than the alternative.

While I'm on that subject, women who dress sexy are asking for it, plain and simple. And when it comes to a little vulgar joking around in the workplace, the snow flakes who can't take it need to get over it or go work someplace else.

Its amazing how the same people trying to get rich off these false "harassment" claims are probably the same people who pretend to be offended by monuments to slavery but love to declare war on Christmas.

We gotta take our country back, and soon!

Take care,

Ruddiger

PS-If you nodded in agreement with any of that, its time you plug back into the Matrix and dial it back to the good old days of George Wallace and Archie Bukner. Sure, only one of them was a real person but why should that false reality be any less believable than the fantasy world you live in now.
For what it’s worth, I get what you are saying and so does everyone else...
I don't. How is it that stuff like whore, skin tight dress, butt cheeks and breasts hanging out even get into this thread? Alot of the posts in this thread are from middle aged white guys trying to justify obnoxious behavior in the workplace. It's 2017 not 1917. People are pushing back against
sexual misconduct and bullying at work and elsewhere.

You have your extreme on one side (everything is some sort of bullying or harassment) and you have your extreme on the other side, most of what this guy said. Sanity lies somewhere in the middle.

Ruddier's comments were straight out of the "Precision Trolling" instruction manual.
