Default fire proofing a gun safe

I have an uninsulated gun safe, what material works to add fire proofing to the inside ??

I would think lining it with that stuff they use around wood burning stoves. I don't know what they call it but it's a cement board type stuff. Biggest thing is place the safe where the fire department can hose it down in case of a fire. Putting it in a corner in the basement won't save it if the whole house collapses and burns on top of it.

If the steel panels in the safe aren't thick enough it doesn't matter what you insulate it with. It won't protect the contents.
