California already is the largest importer of electricity than all of the other states, Their environmental ethic is exporting their pollution. What a plan!

When are people going to acknowledge that environmental destruction caused by vehicle electrification is going the wrong direction unless emphasis is placed on expansion of nuclear energy?

Looks like my investment in Atlis motors my pay off. Just watch more states follow the same path of California. Just like ethanol, I find it hard to believe a coal powered truck is better for the environment than a gasoline one.

Even worse, what about the self driving trucks. I don't know if I like that idea. Thoughts ? Lot's of jobs lost. Automation has it benefits but there needs to b some limits that protect jobs.

Probably the most widely exported, and hands down the most dangerous, pollution from energy generation is nuclear waste. I'd much rather have decommissioned wind turbine scrap buried than nuclear waste!

Yeah. My electricity comes from a coal fired plant hundreds of miles away, so yes my electric vehicle would be coal powered.

Not since I retired but I'm sure there are daily derailments as when I worked those crews.

When CSX and NS took over Conrail we had a meeting with the high end personal guys from Jacksonville (CSX) and the top dog from Florida said, "I know you guys get snow up here"........right away our boy Ray stood up and said "WE DON'T CALL IT SNOW HERE, WE CALL IT OT FLAKES, AND WHEN THEY ARE FALLING YOU ARE PAYING"...... Ray was a idiot but always spoke the truth........LOL
